Team action photo details

Thank you for your interest in the Team Action Package. The first steps are simple, have a single contact person from your team (either team manager or coach) send us an e-mail with the date and time of a game you would like us to come take your team photos. Also in your message please leave a your contact name and a phone number so that we can get back to you. Our primary area of work is in the hour radius of Winston-Salem, but we could be available outside of this area on another weekend. Please contact us to see when we are available so we can work with your schedule.

Cost is $25.00 per player. If you want to order additional packages you can order as many as you need, at the same $25.00 price. Each package purchase will be valid for two 8x10 photos. Typically people want one team photo and one game photo of their player. You are not required to select photos that way. You are free to choose two different team photos, one team photo and an individual game photo, or just select two game action photos.

1. Team manager sends initial contact information to Prevalent Photography
2. We agree on a date and time to photograph your team at one of their games
3. Prior to the game date, we will require a $50.00 deposit to reserve your date and time
4. On game day we will arrive at your game site 30 minutes prior to game time.
5. It is your choice to take the team photos before the game, or after the game, or both.
6. We will take at 300 photos concentrating on your team during the game
7. At least 200 photos will be posted on the NC sports photos site for your team to select from
8. The game photos will be posted to the NC sports photos site usually within 24-48 hours after the game.
9. Custom images of team photos could take a couple of days to complete, we will e-mail team manager when choices are available
10. The team manager compiles the list from their parents as to which photos they would like
11. If any team names or player names are to be added to any photos, those instructions must be sent back at the time the order is placed
12. The team manager will send an e-mail with the complete order into Prevalent Photography
13. Any photos with text on them will be posted on the NC sports photos site for review for 48 hours prior to ordering the prints
14. Team manager to send back any spelling or text changes within the 48 hours
15. All prints will be ordered by Prevalent Photography and will be mailed directly to Prevalent Photography
16. Prevalent Photography will receive the prints and insure that the correct counts arrived and meet quality standards
17. Final payment can be made by a check for the balance or again we can send you an e-mail invoice to pay via PayPal
18. Once final payment is made, we will either mail you your photos or arrange to deliver them to you in person

Additional Notes

Cost is $25.00 for two 8x10 photos. These photos will either be on gloss or matte finish. Our recommendation is that you select the matte finish. Lustre finish is also available, but at an additional cost of $2.00 per package.

For payment of your $50.00 deposit, you have the choice of either mailing in a check or we can send you an e-mail invoice where you can pay using PayPal. If sending in a check, this must be received by us 7 days prior to your event.

If your game is cancelled we can work to reschedule a new date and time for your Team Action Package. If we cannot come up with an agreeable time, your $50.00 deposit will be returned to you.

As part of this package, we can add text to photos. For your team photos, you can just have your team name, or if you would like you can list all of the players names. All team photos will have the same text on each team photo. For any individual photos, individual player names can be placed on the photos.

In order to not display any player names in a public forum, all of your photos will be placed in a password protected gallery. We will send the password to the team manager, and the team manager can then distribute the password to team parents and players. We do not post photos with players names in our public galleries unless specific permission is given.

If anyone else wants to order additional photos, they will be left available on the site for a minimum of 60 days after your event is posted.
