Can I have a separate shipping address from my billing address?
Yes you can. Your billing address must match your credit card information, biut you can specify any shipping address that you would like. If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, you do not have to enter this information twice.

Can I see a list of shipping options and prices?
When you are ordering on the smugmug site, there is a 4 step process to checking out. On both step 1 and step 4 there is a clickable link for shipping. When you click on this link, a comprehensive shipping chart is presented. This show prices based on the photo sizes, destinations, and the number of items being sent.

How fast can I get my prints sent to me?
Yes, smugmug does offer next business day shipping in the United States. You also must take into consideration the time it takes to prepare your prints or items. From the smugmug site, they quote Please allow for printing time in addition to shipping. Prints are usually ready the next business day. Gifts often take a few extra days.

Will I get notification when my photos are shipped?
smugmug will send two e-mails to the e-mail address that you provide when you enter your order. The first e-mail that they will send will be right after you order, to confirm that they have received your order. The second e-mail they will send is to notify you when your photos have been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
No you cannot change anything about an order once it is placed. As soon as your order is placed, the process to get
your photos to you starts immediately. Since the order is processed by smugmug and sent to a separate photo processing lab, the information moves
very quickly, and to multiple locations. If your order is placed early during the business day, it could be processed very quickly and already be on the
way to your shipping address.
