Individual Packages

Prevalent Photography offers you several different packages for you to choose from if you are wanting us to come out and take photos of your favorite player and/or team. In addition to the listed packages, we can be flexible and add any other component to one of the listed packages. The key to reserving us for a package is to contact us early, as we get many requests scheduled for these events. Contact us by e-mail or by phone and we can discuss the details of scheduling any event.

Everything Package - $200.00

• One hour photo shoot concentrating on one participant and/or team
• Will take a minimum of 150 photos
• One - 20" x 30" photo of your choice
• Five - 8" x 10" photos of your choice
• Ten - 5" x 7" photos of your choice
• Ten - 4" x 6" photos of your choice
• Any one of these 26 photos can be made into a Custom Images with up to 7 images combined into one
• Includes CD of all of the images

Platinum Package - $125.00

• One hour photo shoot concentrating on one participant and/or team
• Will take a minimum of 100 photos
• One - 20" x 30" photo of your choice
• Three - 8" x 10" photos of your choice
• Ten - 5" x 7" photos of your choice
• Any one of these 14 photos can be made into a Custom Images with up to 7 images combined into one

Gold Package - $75.00

• One hour photo shoot concentrating on one participant and/or team
• Will take a minimum of 100 photos
• One - 16" x 20" photo of your choice
• Three - 8" x 10" photos of your choice
• Five - 5" x 7" photos of your choice
• Any one of these 9 photos can be made into a Custom Images with up to 7 images combined into one

Silver Package - $50.00

• One hour photo shoot concentrating on one participant and/or team
• Will take a minimum of 100 photos
• One - 8" x 10" photo of your choice
• Five - 5" x 7" photos of your choice
• Any one of these 6 photos can be made into a Custom Images with up to 7 images combined into one

Bronze Package - $35.00

• One hour photo shoot concentrating on one participant and/or team
• Will take a minimum of 100 photos
• All photos purchased separately

Options

• Add 30 minutes to any session (must book in advance) - $15.00
• Purchase a CD of all photos in addition to purchasing a package above - $45.00
• Make one of the 8"x"10" photos in your package into a "Jersey Background" photo - $10.00
• Add 4 more 5"x7" photos to any package above - $20.00
• Add 3 more 8"x10" photos to any package above - $25.00
• Add 10 more 4"x6" photos to any package above - $15.00

Once you contact us to schedule your event, half of the total is payable up front, and the other half is due when we order your prints. We will discuss these specifics with you. All photos will be taken in the Piedmont Triad area. If you are requesting photos from an area outside the Triad, please contact us. We can speak with you about dates we will be outside the Triad or find out when you will be closest to the Triad. We can also arrange to come to your location outside the Triad at an additional fee. Please let us know, as we do have several different options that we can work with you.
