How quickly after an event are the photos posted?
Typically photos taken are posted to the site the same night that the event has taken place. If we are taking photos of just one game, the photos could be posted within 2 hours of the completion of the game. If we are taking photos of multiple games, it can take longer. Typically if photos are not going to be posted by that night, the gallery will be set up that night with additional information about when to check back for your photos.

It has been over a day and I still see no sign of my event?
While this is not typical, sometimes this happens. Send us an e-mail if you have any question. If we are taking photos of an event which is outside of the Winston-Salem area, it might take additional time to post the images.

There are many events listed, how do I find mine?
We have several pages that are sport specific, so if you are looking for soccer, lacrosse, or BMX photos, go to those sport specific pages and it will be easier for you to find your events. In each of the sports, there are advanced searches that either allow you to search by date or by location. Even narrowing down your search to a specific month or specific location will allow you to see a much more concise listing of events.

I saw an event out here in the past and cannot find it now, where is it?
We typically make sure that all events are out on the site at least 180 days. Many events will remain on the site much longer than that. At some point in time, any individual gallery can be removed from the site. If the gallery you are looking for is removed, you can send us an e-mail requesting that we put the gallery back. Giving us the team names and dates can help us accomplish this for you. We cannot guarantee that we can put back every single gallery. If we can put the gallery back, we will.
